Using our in-house manufactured structural insulated panels, which are 3rd PARTY accredited for insurance and mortgageability via BBA certification, LABC approval, NHBC and Premier guarantee.

Why use AdaptaHaus?

Architects

Our system is fully compliant with current and future building regulations. It enables dimensional flexibility in design which matches brickwork dimensions. In addition the building envelope can be altered and adapted to suit the specific site requirements and various external finishes can be used without the need to worry about shrinkage.

The system offers a prescriptive approach to envelope design without limiting architectural design. Working with Adaptahaus will reduce the uncertainty of ‘as built performance’ by taking advantage of the defined test values (PSI/ SAP) already achieved using typical NDSS layouts.

Developers

When using Adaptahaus additional benefits can be achieved when factoring in the use of PODS (SANO M dock) this enhance the PMV score and dramatically reduces construction times.

For example, a typical development of 30 No 3B5P homes could be delivered 14 weeks faster than traditional building. This would generate around £300k in savings via reduced finance/ prelim costs. In addition it could generate 14 weeks of additional rental properties x 30 weeks (circa £72k)

Housing Providers

High levels of guaranteed thermal performance and offsite manufactured components can dramatically improve construction times, whilst at the same time enabling prelim cost savings and reduced finance costs.

More importantly, creating a comfortable energy efficient home for the tenant which will reduce monthly outgoings on heating by up to 60% can help to reduce fuel poverty.

Increased PMV scores can achieved by using the system and can be further enhanced by combing POD systems with the Panelised structural envelope.
