Delivering a certified pre-manufactured value (PMV) of over 60%, with the introduction of dock and bathroom pod technology, this can be significantly increased.
Partnering with Sano M-Dock, pods can be utilised as independent modules with no effect on the structural integrity of the house. Combining with M-Dock will improve PMV to over 65%*.
